Russia: Mass Murders

In strict gun-controlled and police-state Russia, they have semi-regular incidents of terrorism and mass murder (and their murder rate floats from 10x the U.S., to just a little higher). A lot of the problems are rebels and organized crime, but the point is gun control doesn't cure societal problems.
